Weaving and knitting then interlace yarn into fabric. The choice of loom — rapier, air jet, water jet or projectile — depends on fabric construction, width and volume. Our mill operates multiple loom types to match the right technology to each fabric.
Dyeing and finishing is where science meets art. Reactive dyes bond chemically with cellulose fibres, while disperse dyes diffuse into polyester at 130°C under pressure. Finishing applies everything from anti-microbial treatments to wrinkle-free resins.
